Day 1: Tarangire National Park – Elephants & Baobabs
Your safari adventure begins with a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park, Tanzania’s hidden gem known for its massive elephant herds and towering baobab trees. As you explore the park, you’ll follow the Tarangire River—the only permanent water source in the area—where wildlife congregates, especially during the dry season. Expect to see not just elephants in impressive numbers, but also lions, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, and countless antelope. After an exhilarating game drive, you’ll head to a beautiful safari lodge (based on your budget preference) to unwind, enjoy the surroundings, and take a dip in the swimming pool.

Day 2 & 3: Serengeti National Park – Endless Plains & Big Game
After breakfast, your journey continues toward the iconic Serengeti National Park. Passing through the Ngorongoro highlands, you’ll reach the park by midday and begin your game drive through its legendary savannahs. Serengeti is world-renowned for its vast landscapes, predator action, and the spectacular Great Migration—a moving spectacle of over a million wildebeest and zebras.
For the next two days, you’ll explore different parts of the Serengeti, tracking lions, elephants, cheetahs, and possibly witnessing dramatic predator-prey interactions. Your lodge, nestled in the heart of the park, offers the perfect base to enjoy the serene African wilderness. Spend your evenings relaxing to the sounds of the bush, perhaps watching impala graze nearby or spotting birds flitting through the trees.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater – Natural Wonder & Big Five Finale
Wake up early and depart for Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s most awe-inspiring natural wonders. As you descend 600 meters into this ancient volcanic caldera, you’ll be immersed in a wildlife paradise. The crater hosts an incredible density of animals, including the Big Five—lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and the rare black rhino—as well as hippos, hyenas, zebras, and countless birds.
After a full morning game drive inside the crater, you’ll enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic spot before making your way back to Arusha. Arrival is expected by late afternoon, with time to freshen up before dinner or connect to your outbound flight.
